Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated based on your location. Once shipped, domestic deliveries typically take 5-10 business days.
It's usually around 2 weeks from the purchase to receive a replacement card or a printed study guide.
For the card after the completion of the course, it could take up to 6 weeks. You can use the Certificate of Completion in the meantime.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your card is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days for assistance in resolving the issue.
